1. Pressure lubrication
The 12V190 gas generating unit is generally equipped with four oil pumps. The oil inlet of the manual and electric pre-supply pump is connected with the oil in the oil pan through the oil pipe.
Before starting the gas generator, the oil in the oil pan must be pumped to the friction part of the generating set through the pre-supply oil pump to ensure the necessary lubrication during starting.
When pre-feeding, the pre-feeding pump transfers oil directly from the oil pan to the oil cooler. After filtration by the oil filter, most of the oil enters the main oil channel, and the other part of the oil is sent to the supercharger and cylinder head from the back cover pipe joint of the oil filter.
After the gas generator starts, the pre-supply pump does not work. The two gear pumps installed in the oil pan are driven by crankshaft through gear drive. The oil in the oil pan is directly pressed into the oil groove in the inner chamber of the pump bracket through a coarse filter.
Bracket: Oil enters the centrifugal filter through the centrifugal filter on the left side of the body. After oil filtration, it flows back to the oil pan. Another way reads the oil cooler from the one-way surge chamber on the right side of the body. Cooled oil enters the oil filter.
